Thanks for giving me front row seats to the gun show. It was a good time. Yep, this is pretty much what I try and tell others when they ask me, “Julie, you lost 90lbs? Whats your secret?” lol almost laugh out loud. There’s no secret. Choose a plan, work the plan, be diligent. Be consistent. You will lose. Thats it. I don’t claim that its entirely easy….but I do claim that it CAN be done.

Yup, we all know what to do and just need to DO it! Emotional factors and staying focused are my problems, and I’m trying to be more aware lately. If i do this I know it will do wonders for my weight loss as well as my sanity :p

I watched your video again and have to make the conclusion that I didn’t WANT to learn enything before, I’ve lost so much weight before in so many attempts but gained it back…. again and again…….
