    @LuckyPkerz Mostly in the mornings an hour after a protein shake. Some of the workouts were killer though and I waited until the evenings when I had enough carbs to really push myself. Hope that helps.

    @shadeb5 I used the regular Asylum calender. No extra workouts besides a few extra ab workouts here and there as I wanted to see what this program could do as a stand alone.
